I had a great experience at Bergwirt Schonbrunn. The staff was friendly, the atmosphere was lovely, and the restaurant had amazing food. The location was perfect, close to the zoo and palace, and easily accessible to the city center by public transport.

More breakfast choices would have made the experience even better.

The hotel's location is fantastic, with easy access to Schonbrun garden, the U-bahn station, and the zoo. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent, and the staff were friendly and helpful. the breakfast offered a good selection of hot and cold dishes, including cereals, bacon and eggs, pate, cheese, fresh fruit.

Can't fault the hotel in any way.

It was also conveniently near the castle, which added a touch of historical charm to our trip. Secondly, the service provided by the staff was exceptional, ensuring that our every need was met. Lastly, the rooms were comfortable and thoughtfully equipped, with a garden view that added a sense of tranquility. I especially appreciated the spacious bathroom and the option for an extra bed. The delicious breakfast provided a great start to each day.

The breakfast offers a good selection of hot and cold options, including fresh fruit and pastries.

The bathroom towels were not properly cleaned and there were scuff marks on the walls.

Friendly staff, beautiful art-nouveau building. Great restaurant with delicious food. Convenient location near Shonbrunn park and easy access to the city center via public transport. Spacious, clean room with comfortable bed. Free parking and pet-friendly without extra charges. Perfect!
