I had a great experience at Bergwirt Schonbrunn. The staff was friendly, the atmosphere was lovely, and the restaurant had amazing food. The location was perfect, close to the zoo and palace, and easily accessible to the city center by public transport.

More breakfast choices would have made the experience even better.

The hotel's location is fantastic, with easy access to Schonbrun garden, the U-bahn station, and the zoo. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Additionally, the breakfast offered a good selection of hot and cold dishes, including cereals, bacon and eggs, pate, cheese.

Lastly, the rooms were comfortable and thoughtfully equipped, with a garden view that added a sense of tranquility. I especially appreciated the spacious bathroom and the option for an extra bed. The delicious breakfast provided a great start to each day.

The rooms have a nice view over a grassy outside dining area, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast offers a good selection of hot and cold options, including fresh fruit and pastries.

The bathroom towels were not properly cleaned and there were scuff marks on the walls.
